Durrat Mina Hotel - Mecca

I appreciated the room with easy access to stores, the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast had a variety of selections and the food was good. the rooms are huge and reasonably spacious. - the hotel is conveniently located near Mahbas Algen bus station, Haram, local Masjid, Bin Dawood & Tamees shops, and Saptco buses.

We were there for 16 days, everything was good, truly enjoyed its particularly good and unbeatable location just next door to major resturants, markets, Mahbas Algen bus station, and Near bin daood Supermarket restaurants. The staff was excellent co-operating all day long: )

The room at Durrat Mina was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Mahbas Algen bus station and there is a shuttle bus to Alharam - although it may be small during peak times like taraweeh in Ramadan. I also appreciated the proximity to the Bin Dawood market.

The staff at the hotel was very cooperative and friendly. the room was spacious with a large cupboard and very clean bed. - the hotel's location was excellent, near major restaurants, markets, Haram, and taxi services. - the property was within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Masjid.

Great location, close to Bin Dawood market 👍. Also, only 2 miles away from a historic mosque from the year 761.

Cheap prices during Ramadan, readily available shuttle service, awesome and friendly staff, clean room, cooperative staff, comfortable beds.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to many local shops and attractions. The room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping it clean throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and abundant, and we appreciated the personalized attention from the staff.

The staff was not very accommodating when we requested early check-in. We also encountered some issues with the room amenities, such as the lack of bathroom mats and a kettle, which made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

Always come back. Great staff, found my lost barrette. Has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hr reception & security, flat-screen TV, elevator. No pets or smoking. Perfect for weekend getaways.

This place has a great location, close to shopping centers and with convenient access to Haram bus transportation and taxis for the Haram. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with housekeeping ensuring the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in rooms, so I was able to stay connected throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning and an electric kettle for my convenience. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Great value, clean rooms, convenient shuttle service to Haramain Makkah Mukaramah. Nearby bus station and Bin Dawood market. Comfortable and quiet accommodations.

The hotel's location is great for exploring local restaurants such as Tamees shops and Bin Dawood grocery store, both within walking distance. You can easily hire a taxi for reaching Haram, but it's also convenient to have a bus station like Mahbas Algen nearby. In terms of facilities, the rooms are clean and spacious enough for two people, with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom.

There were some customer service issues reported by previous guests, but these seem to be isolated incidents that don't reflect on the overall quality of the hotel.
